Working here has its ups and downs, but ultimately the culture left a lot to be desired. A large portion of the staff treats the job with a lack of seriousness, and there is a noticeable clique dynamic. If you aren't part of the "boys' club," you won't enjoy the same perks, communication, or positive environment. Management needs to step up and foster a more professional and inclusive workplace for everyone, not just favorites.
