We frequently work with Patriot EMS based out of West Georgia, and they have been a great partner for our hospital. While no provider is entirely flawless, Patriot stands out for their exceptional transparency and communication. They are always honest and upfront with us regarding their response times, which makes coordinating patient transfers much easier on our end. Additionally, it is a breath of fresh air that it is always easy to get a real human on the phone when we need them. Highly reliable and great to work with!

I had a great experience working at Patriot. It's a solid small company, obviously not the flashiest outfit around, but I genuinely felt like part of a family rather than just another number getting run ragged in the name of profit. The supervisors are great guys that always have your back, and my partner was top notch. While I'll miss the patients a ton, I wish everyone the absolute best and hope to come back and work a shift when I can.

Decent pay, good people, and management that treats you like an adult. Ran out of the Gwinnett office for a while and never had an issue getting support when needed. If you're an EMT looking for a steady gig with good crews, give them a shot.
