I needed assistance with an 88 year old patient with sundowners. Matt handled the call very professional and with tremendous compassion. He listed to the patient carefully and talked to her until she was ok. He stayed a very long time talking to the patient until he was certain she was comfortable and stable. He also educated me all about sundowners since this is the first time I've seen it in my friend. He treated the patient like a dear friend and knew exactly what to say
